The 29 Spa is designed so you are not rushed in and out. When (not if) you book your appointment, give yourself at least an hour before and afterwards, to enjoy the complimentary amenities. Even if you are not an overnight guest, your spa appointment gives you access to the hotel gym and pool. Imagine a 50 or 80 minute massage after a great workout. Not in the mood for much action, have a seat in the sauna, steam room or hot tub and sip a glass of orange water or the complimentary wine before your mani/pedi.
